The best means of artistic expression usually come without form or mold. They often take the shape of what eyes haven't seen before. In many ways, She-unO believes this is a representation of himself. Growing up in PG County Maryland, he never quite fit in one category. Excelling academically in school but also being intrigued by the creativity and expression of rap, he began penning raps for class presentations around fourth grade. Often lacking production, he continued writing and performing pieces that many began to label spoken word or poetry. His appreciation for captivating a crowd with nothing but the power of his words/delivery continued to grow throughout his college years, while attending Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

His prowess for performing continued to grow as well, eventually leading to winning multiple talent contests. These experiences allowed him to open up for artists such as Ndelible, Mali Music and Group 1 Crew. He also has opened up for rappers he's admired since youth such as, Da' TRUTH and grammy award winning Lecrae.

He realizes this is only the beginning of what is to come, the first phase of a journey. There is still much to be done and you are invited to be part of it. Join him as he seeks to become the positive force artists are supposed to be in culture.
